Doorsteps has been established since 1992, building our name on variety, freshness, reliability, flexibility and hard work.
Variety: You can choose your sandwich or baguette from a wide choice of fillings or alternatively choose your own. Choose from a selection of fresh baguettes, wraps, pitta and traditional sliced bread, maybe have a hot panini or a choice of melt! Or why not simply drop in for a coffee.
Freshness: our vegetables and salads are professionally hand-picked, in the early hours of each morning on arrival at the market. Now that's fresh! Our breads are baked each morning to guarantee optimal freshness! Hams and turkeys are local produce from local suppliers. Salamis, pastramis and bries are all imported. At the end of each day, surplus stock is given to local hostels, to ensure next day freshness.
Reliability: at doorsteps we have a free delivery service for those that can't get to us! For the business people at Doorsteps we know how precious time is. There is no need to go to the supermarket, or carry heavy bags to business meetings. Just tell us what you need, we will professionally deliver it on silver platters (sandwich platters, fruit platters, meat platters, tray-bakes, pastries, drinks, tea and coffee).
Flexibility: we open at 7:30am, if you need our breakfast platter earlier, just let us know in advance. If you need a platter delivered in the evening, or on Sundays, that's no problem! We also have credit card facilities for corporate catering customers!
Hard work: This is the key to a quality product. If you are not happy, please let us know and we will put it right!
